This small (19 or 20 room) hotel is very nice and conveniently located. The communication before, during and after check in was outstanding. It's closer to a guesthouse or small inn but that was what we wanted. I'd definitely recommend staying here particularly if you want ready access to beaches. There are also a number of nice restaurants within just a few blocks.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a mostly residential neighborhood close to the beach and so many great restaurants! We also really enjoyed just relaxing by one of the pools. Staff was friendly and responsive. We were able to store our luggage in the office before check in and after check out.

Overall a nice location although a bit more run down than shown in pictures. Rooms were clean and if you’re on the back of the property quiet. We did have neighbors who partied until after midnight. And with no staff on property there was no one to help.

We switched rooms the day after we got there as our friend was coming in that day and we needed a bigger room. They told us it would be two hours, but it was ten minutes. Beautiful place, two clean pools. Quiet, relaxing. No lobby, but office staff often there and very accomodating. For those who like a firm bed, the mattresses are a little squishy. We stayed for three days pre-cruise and would go back anytime. We are staying at a sister property when we get back. Excited about that as well.

We had a great time here! Place was clean, and quiet. They even had sun screen and sun tan lotion available for all guests and provided complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. Staff were nice and accommodating. We arrived at 11am and held our bags before while we explored.

Great little secured boutique, close to beach, not far from Old San Juan, cruise port or airport. Staff was onsite to store my luggage in the early a.m. after my cruise. I stayed in room 16, which is upstairs, & has no elevator, so be aware of the need to carry your luggage for some of the rooms but the room was spacious & bed was so comfortable. Very clean amenities. AC unit about froze me out (hint: be sure to point the remote directly at it for adjustments). Room was equipped with mini fridge, microwave, large screen tv with app options & towels for both shower & pool. 2 small patio areas with nice leisure pools & chairs. There is a small coffee pot station just inside the entering patio, but nearby walkable coffee shop & restaurants, Kasalta eatery & bakery was very good, didn’t try Pirilo Pizza Rustica, but was told it was great by other guests.
