I have been to Ocean Park at least 5 times in 3 years and 7 times since 2021. I have stayed all over the tourist parts of San Juan bc I am a female traveling alone. The Dream is structurally a beautiful and very different building lining McLeary avenue where there are so many walkable food options that are all delicious. Jorge made me feel like I was at home. There were gated entry points that created a level of security that only a traveler who travels alone can explain. The Inn has 13 rooms. It’s a beautiful space and the way it’s designed there’s a breeze that comes through. Also the water feature and structure make the hotel quiet and serene. They have everything you may need for your beach stay. Jorge knows everything and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and lovely. The roof deck and little areas to chill like the pool are just a lovely bonus. I love coming to San Juan and now the Dream Inn will be at the top of my list. Thank you for a lovely stay. See you soon

Walking distance to plenty of great spots. Easily walkable to the beaches that are less crowded than other neighborhoods. Hotel doesn’t have a bunch of amenities, but it has charm and the staff provide a solid all around experience

The room and pool were small and the “view” was of the street. The pool you could sit in but not really swim. It had a working elevator! And parking! Parking was minimal but we were able to park with no issue. The rooftop deck was really nice - but again the view was of the city not the water.

The poolside area was so inviting and it was very clean. the AC in our room and everywhere was very comfortable. The people at the front desk were so warm and welcoming and made us feel immediately at home. I love the rooftop; the hammock and the Buddha! This place is a real gem!

I have sent 2 reviews with no response yet. Expedia rates this hotel at 9.4 but our room #103 was a total disappointment. The room is squeezed in around the elevator . The room is small, a double bed right up against the AC fan. The bathroom smelled. The one wall not even finished and cement wall.. no attempt to decorate . The refrigerator leaked water . The curtail had a spot ripped . The only bright spot .. the desk staff were very helpful and restaurants well close by . So very disappointed, not worth the price I paid. I would appreciate some comments back as this is my 3rd review provided . Ken Bolton… how do you make this up to us ??

Really friendly courteous staff at check in. Very nice to let us wait in rocking chairs with bathroom access until the 3pm checkin when we arrived early. The room was clean and the location is great! The place is urban so it’s noisy. The pool really is more of a plunge pool in size. We didn’t use it. One suggestion is to put more hooks in the rooms. We had a bunch of beachwear to dry.

We had a good stay. The bed is comfortable. It would be good if there was somewhere ( drawers) to be put your belongings in. The hotel is close to Walgreens and several restaurants.

The room was clean and the staff was fine. I liked that they had a bit of parking because some of the other places we looked at didn't. Also, there are a few restaurants just down the block. There was also a Walgreens & McDonalds a few blocks away. It was just a few blocks from the beach, so we walked there every day.

Very cool place, industrial minimalist design. Extremely friendly staff, welcoming. Great location in Santùrce. Couple blocks to a prefect beach. Only way I'd enjoy it more is if smoking were allowed on the beautiful upstairs deck. Nobody seemed to go up there, but we had to stand on the street corner to smoke. No big deal and the place is awesome

We spent one night at the Dream Inn and it was perfect. We asked to drop off our bags before check in and they were responsive and accommodating. We also found parking directly out front and it was so convenient. Our room was clean, and we enjoyed the eclectic space in the lobby and on the rooftop. The indoor an outdoor vibes were excellent. We highly recommend!
