「The staff were helpful, informative, and incredibly welcoming! We arrived earlier than we expected and they offered to hold our luggage for us, while also giving us recommendations on places to eat or visit while we waiting for our room to be ready. They had a wonderful live piano performance in the lounge while we were served drinks at the bar. It truly made our visit so much more comfortable! I highly recommend this stay! 」

「It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!」

「Room was tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Not even space to open our suitcase. There was also something weird about check-in. They reached out to us twice asking what time we would arrive. We knew our room wouldn't be ready, and that was fine! But when we went back at 5 PM our room still wasn't quite ready. Not sure what was up with that. Also, the young lady working at the front desk didn't seem to have much information to share with us about the area or the town. Should have offered...

「Stayed in double queen bedroom, very clean, AC worked well. Had to ask staff multiple times for robes, towels, extra blankets, etc. Small fridge to store drinks but not leftovers. They took out $35/night for a "destination fee."」

「Air conditioner very effective. Staff was difficult to reach at first when doing a later check in since the main lobby building was closed after hours. 」

「It was in an excellent location, in Old San Juan near the Princess Cruise Terminal. It was clean and our host was easy to contact when we got to the place. We had a little difficulty communicating before we arrived and we did not have the check in code until we contacted our host by phone. The air conditioning worked well. There was no TV but we did not need one.」
