We had planned and saved up for this vacation starting six months ago and were super excited to go. At the last minute we had a family medical emergency where someone ended up in the ER. We tried multiple attempts contacting the hotel but no one would answer the phones. After about thirty tries we finally were able to get a hold of some one and explain the situation. After explaining the whole situation regarding the mefical emergency the hotel refused to refund any of the money. So we are out of $2500 dollars of our saving that we had worjed hard to save up for this vacation that we were so looking forward to. We had two family deaths in the padt three months and really could have used this vacation.

Lovely resort. It had a kitchen but no oven. The room was clean and the linen refreshed daily. The view was incredible. Hoping to go back again next year.

Hotel is all right maintenance are not good. I asked them to fix the shower cause it was clogged and never got the help to unclogged it elevators. Anybody can get stuck anytime in there so I won’t recommend nobody to use the elevator. Other than that, the pool area was nice and the beach. But they are terrible to ask him to help what assistant. I went to the counter twice to tell them about the shower clogged, and they never did nothing about it.

Pool area was great. The room did not have blankets, the TV did not work, the staff clean the room and took our towels and did not replace them. So we had to ask. Sleeping was so cold, but they did not have any blankets or comforters. Thermostat was adjustable, but it was still cold. The outside property is beautiful.

They are doing a lot of renovations. Many rooms are empty, with furniture piled up in the closets. Our room was adequate, but the curtains did not gully close because the handles were broken, the switch to one bedside lamp was broken and hanging loose, the bathroom sink stopper was not attached to the pull rod. So, lots of little things that need repair. Overall, it was comfortable , just not maintained well

I was hesitant at first after reading the negative reviews. Check in was easy. We stayed on the 5th floor. Rooms were definitely dated, but fine by us. Pool was wonderful. Staff was friendly. My son cut his foot on a piece of glass beside the kiddie pool and all they had in their first aid kit was bandaids. While I would give our stay 4 stars, I’m giving a lesser rating because I booked a room for my parents as well. They were originally on the 3rd floor. Their room, while the same 2 bed studio as ours, appeared much dirtier. Within minutes they found 2 roaches and ants all over the coffee pot. When they requested a new room the staff did not believe my mother found roaches while she still had the dead one on a paper towel. They were very rude to them. Eventually the moved them to the 5th floor where rooms seem much more clean. If I hadn’t been for their experience I would have stayed again. However, I’m not willing to take my chances again here in case I get unlucky like they did.

El lugar ofrece cuartos espaciosos aunque no estan actualizados y tienen ciertas cortinas rotas y lámparas que no funcionan. Tienen una sola persona trabajando en front desk aún con largas filas.
