Room smelled musty. We asked to extend our stay for one night and Carlos at the front desk was able to accomodate us and extended us one day. On the morning we were originally supposed to check out, the cleaning lady knocked on the door and said we needed to get out of the room because we were checking out. She was rather rude about it. I went to the front desk to verify we were extended for one day and they told us we needed to move to a different room. That was not told to us on the day I extended our vacation.

Excellent room and friendly staff. Facilities need to be refurbished, painted. Pest control should be part of hotel monthly’s PM. We were staying in the fourth floor and had issues with pest. TV did not worked. Previous guest had locked TV NETFLIX account. Everything else was fine.

Pool and beach area that are shared with Embassy Suites were excellent. The restaurants at Embassy were lovely and the staff was extremely friendly. Had issues at check in, we were given a room that was already occupied but it was correcred quickly. Rooms and hotel are outdated but for the amount of time we spent in the room it was fine for the price. A little surprised that the housekeeping staff went through my daughters bag and they actually removed some food we had in our room.

the room was humble. The sleeper/couch for the third person was stained/ dirty. we had to ask for sheets/ blankets and an extra pillow ( of which they said they had none). We had to ask for hand towels, wash cloths and a shower mat. After day 3, we asked for new towels and toilet paper. The dryer was broken. The smoke detector in the bedroom flashed every 15 seconds like a strobe light- had to sleep with a pillow over my head. We were out for the day, and when we came home late afternoon, our door was not fully shut. The housekeeper had recently been in there to dump the garbage and straighten up the bed- I reported this to the front desk. The next day, upon our arrival back to our room, our garbage had been removed, the bed was not straightened up, and 2 pair of my underwear and socks were removed from my packing cube and strewn on the bed. My husbands med bottles were all knocked over at the sink. the pool was lovely ( shared with The Embassy Suites). Some of the chairs were broken at the pool as well as on the beach.

Not a bad hotel to stay a few days, the pool was nice . You have to rent a car when you stay here, it’s about 45 minutes from San Juan airport. While there you can explore other beaches like Cerro Gordo public beach, crashed boat beach, take the ferry to Flamenco Beach and many others. It’s very misleading when you check the reviews and read some terrible ones. This place was nice!

What made this hotel is the outdoors! The pool, the access to the beach from hotel was great! The room was a little dated but it was clean. 40 minutes to airport & Old San Juan. They did have pickle ball courts right across the street, that was an added plus.

i had a very good experience staying at this hotel. it was clean and had amazing amenities like a private beach , pool, and hot tub. The staff were great and it was so beautiful. I would definitely come here again!

Hotel was beautiful, pool area and access to beach was nice as well but the room itself needed a lot of updates. The shower faucet was hanging on a thread came off multiple times when using, the light fixtures were not working, there was no outlets immediate to the beds, overall if they work on upgrading their rooms it would be a better experience.

In my experience, last week was not a very pleasant one! I stayed for four days and three nights, and at no point did I see my room being cleaned. The interior of the room and the bathroom definitely need remodeling; I had expected something else, given how heavily the place is promoted, so for me, it was a total disappointment.

This property offered great value for a family vacation. However alot of the amminities are hit and miss. Our room had a great jacuuzi tub, great microwave and over all worked well. However our washer machine and dryer didnt work, and the bathroom had issues a few times. If you plan on seeing Puerto Rico and not just staying at a resort this will do nicely for the price and you wont be in the room long enough to care that a few ammenities were missing which was my families experience. Great place to sleep. Nice beach and pool area as well.

We had planned and saved up for this vacation starting six months ago and were super excited to go. At the last minute we had a family medical emergency where someone ended up in the ER. We tried multiple attempts contacting the hotel but no one would answer the phones. After about thirty tries we finally were able to get a hold of some one and explain the situation. After explaining the whole situation regarding the mefical emergency the hotel refused to refund any of the money. So we are out of $2500 dollars of our saving that we had worjed hard to save up for this vacation that we were so looking forward to. We had two family deaths in the padt three months and really could have used this vacation.
