「All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. It was always nice to come back to a clean room and freshly made bed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing, and the white little kitty cat who decided to post up at the hotel was a delight! Very friendly :3. The shower in our room (rm 11) was a little strange that it didn't have a door. Because of this, water from the shower easily found its way outside the shower area. And the bathroom itself could use more hooks for towels or drying bathing...

「靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。」

「We had a wonderful stay here during our Puerto Rico trip. The location is beautiful and perfect for travelers looking for a more private and peaceful atmosphere. At night, hearing the sounds of nature and the coquí frogs singing made it feel extra special. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us recommendations for dinner spots and advice for exploring El Yunque. 「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. 「The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed but we had issues with not having water more than once which was outside of management’s control. Apparently it’s not uncommon to have water service issues in the area due to low water pressure. After travels and spending the whole day at the beach we were looking forward to a good shower but there wasn’t enough water even to brush teeth. Staff was responsive via text, however there was nothing they could do.」
