「靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。」

「Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. 」

「I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. 「RUN! DO LIVE HERE!!! The room stinks. On the first day we got there, there was no hot water, and on the following morning, even worse, no water. We washed ourselves with bottle water. There's bed bugs in the room. I requested extra blanket because I was sick after showering with cold water for the first night, and it never came. No room service at all. We lived in Room 5, there was pipes on the ceiling that makes loud noise. The tap water was dirty. I talked to the management team, they did not...

「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it.
