The unit was private and had off street parking also had an updated bathroom. What could be improved upon is to update the bedroom by rearranging ,the 32” tv was to far away from the bed and was in front of a window that made watching and hearing it difficult. It is in need of new pillows , the old ones in the unit were very flat and lumpy .The comforter should also be replaced.The hot water in the shower was only warm at best.There were no dish towel or dish cloth in the kitchen which would have been nice to have had. Instead of having 2 plastic out door chairs in the living space a couple of indoor comfortable chairs would be nice, or a least one.Also a better write up of the property would be better so you know what to expect , by this I mean the property sits in a back lot and does not face the water with a house and restaurant in front. There is no outdoor seating ,no grill and the unit faces a parking lot with dumpsters from the restaurant and an older camp ground .But ,as was written, it is just across the street from the beach. This area is a camping area with many older campers along the beach .
But all in all we totally enjoyed all of Puerto Rico .From all the beautiful beaches to the amazing rainforest to visiting wonderful old San Juan from the east end to the west end and everything in between. We met many wonderful people and had some great food and piña colada‘s!And this unit was doable for being able to do all this.
