「All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. It was always nice to come back to a clean room and freshly made bed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing, and the white little kitty cat who decided to post up at the hotel was a delight! Very friendly :3. The shower in our room (rm 11) was a little strange that it didn't have a door. Because of this, water from the shower easily found its way outside the shower area. And the bathroom itself could use more hooks for towels or drying bathing...

「Resort was not crowded when we went Monday to Friday. Some minor maintenance issues but overall a very nicely maintained property. Most of the staff was friendly but this one tall skinny waitress who didn’t seem to like her job at cafe Bella vista. Everything was clean including the dining ware. It took us over a day to figure out how to walk from the casitas to the main hotel. No one told us because they wanted us to be dependent on the butler service and of course the tips. Great trip overall....

「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. 「The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed but we had issues with not having water more than once which was outside of management’s control. Apparently it’s not uncommon to have water service issues in the area due to low water pressure. After travels and spending the whole day at the beach we were looking forward to a good shower but there wasn’t enough water even to brush teeth. Staff was responsive via text, however there was nothing they could do.」
