「Small hotel definitely a nice day. There is no elevator so if you don’t have a room on the first floor, you do have to carry your bags up. The pool area is very nice. The rooms are definitely old boutique style, and no real update or renovations to them. But overall, the staff was incredible and very friendly. They also have a pretty cheap car rental place located right next-door.」

「There are not many frills, but it is a very clean and well-maintained property. The staff was very quick to respond if we needed anything. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan, and a 5-minute drive to the airport. If you need to park a vehicle, parking is limited, and backing onto the main road can be an adventure! There is a large CVS within walking distance of the property. 「Very clean pretty basic standard rooms. Nothing extravagant. The hotel bar was cool and has a full bar. They also have a pretty dope pizza place located in the building as well. On-site parking is available and there’s definitely restaurants that are walkable as well as some shopping options. The pool area is very nice and clean And there’s beach access across the street」

「Staff were unavailable when I arrived. range the bell at the counter several times. then called the place for 5 minutes before someone came to answer the phone. Then she talked on the phone with a dial tone for a while before interacting with me at the counter (I hung up when I saw her come to the counter). The hotel states they are a bed and breakfast, though didn't serve breakfast. So that is a farse. The door to the balcony doesn't fully close leaving a large gap. The shower is grungy....

「The pictures were nothing close to what the room looked like. It was awful. There were 3 of us and we didn’t even fit in the room with our luggage. The beds were disgusting and the bathroom even worse. The one positive was the staff and manager. They were so kind, helpful, and understanding. They couldn’t have been better, truly a class act.」
