AMAZING all around. They provide beach towels and chairs, give you a daily allowance to spend on snacks and drinks. There’s so many food spots/ coffee shops within walking distance. The staff we’re the best the I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

Beautiful spot, very close to the airport. Only stayed one night on a layover between BVI and mainland USA but didn’t leave between arrival and checkout. Super comfortable bed, extremely clean and well maintained. The pool/restaurant area on the roof was beautiful. If I had stayed longer I would have e taken advantage of well equipped kitchenette.

The location was easy to find. Though it had a nightly fee, parking was ample. The lobby was clean, the staff were friendly and efficient. The check in process was smooth. Staff at front desk spoke English and Spanish. The room was clean and safe. The restaurant and pool and gym on the 9th floor were well maintained and nice. I’d honestly stay here again!

The quality of the rooms and services as well as the rooftop are excellent really love the mini kitchen and we spent a lot of time swimming. Nice big rooms in our had a review. The only thing is that the staff is not the most customer service oriented - other than one young man upstairs the bar staff was pretty unfriendly not a full service hotel much more to yourself.

Our stay at Casa Costera Isla Verde was absolutely superb. The rooftop views were breathtaking, and the pool created a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. When we arrived at our apartment, it exceeded all expectations—the modern décor, spacious layout, and spotless cleanliness made it feel like a luxury experience. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the window views were stunning. The location is perfect—just a short three-minute walk to the famous Isla Verde Beach. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and hotels within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy great food and nightlife. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. All three front desk attendants were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. This was hands down the best stay I’ve had in Puerto Rico. Thank you for such an amazing experience—we will definitely be back soon!

Casa Costera met all of our expectations...location, room amenities, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. However, when we sat on our balcony there was a high building in front of us so the beach view was a sliver of space between that structure and the next one to the left. For us this was not a deal breaker but don't advertise unobstructed beach view.

The room had a terrible smell. Like an old smell. The trash hadn’t been changed and there was a red stain on a lunge chair in the room. I assume it was a menstrual stain. Gross! Staff were slow with room requests. Overall very unhappy for the amount of money spent. Definitely not worth it and will not return.

An employee hotel key card was used to enter my room while there was a do not disturb sign on the door. The person ran. When I reported it to the front desk they said I made it up and that it was not possible while giving me the meanest rudest attitudes I've ever experienced on vacation. I had to call the cops. Safety and Security at a Marriott should not be a worry while you are on vacation. Nor should rude hotel management covering up for their staff.
