「Worst experience in my life. I am very well traveled, so my experience is pretty broad. Night hotel staff was rude. I asked previously to checking in for 3 rooms either side by side or same floor. I explained I have 3 children with me, an elderly parent and my autistic adult sister. He said no. I made arrangements to accommodate them. At check in, I already knew I had to pay $92 per room for incidentals. Staff asked for credit card and without my authorization charged me $1,200. Out of curiosity...
