We specifically paid extra for a room with a patio because we were traveling with our toddler and wanted a comfortable space to relax together after she went to bed. Unfortunately, the hotel oversold rooms and moved us into a lower-category room for half of our stay. 「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」
