"The Hilton was in a great location. Not far from old San Juan. It offered a private beach which was very nice. The bartenders at the swim up bar were very friendly. "

"Clean room, friendly and very helpful staff. There was always someone there to offer help, get you something, or provide a service. Other than our room being available about an hour late upon check-in, we very much enjoyed our trip. "

"Outdated buildings "

"Obviously a recent update was done. But basically slap paint tile etc over the old stuff. No seals around doors so you can hear everything in the halls. No slow close on the doors, so every time someone closes their door. SLAM. The only convenience, it’s in the airport. "

"Staff was 10000/10 , truly the kindest people i have ever come across. Would definitely stay there again! My room was not ready when i checked in and they were so nice and gave me a room credit , room service cleaned my room daily without request and gave me fresh towels and etc!"
