The pool is amazing- warm, waterfall, cool lights, beautiful view of stars in the night sky. I love that you can take a shower on the 4th floor after checkout and after a day at the beach while the hotel protects your luggage. Staff Bryan and Miranda were very helpful and kind. Niche restaurant food, staff, and ambience were all excellent. Great proximity to the beach. We found parking easily on the street (we arrived at 6pm when people were leaving the beach). I wish the rooms had conditioner along with the shampoo but that is the ONLY thing I would change. 100% coming back to Acacia Boutique hotel and recommending to friends.

Room was clean and right in front of the pool. Staff were friendly and hotel was in walking distance of beach. Only downfall is parking. You have to find a spot on the street. Other than that hotel is super cute and restaurant is amazing!

The employees went above and beyond! Definitely a home away from home! Ocean was literally within a few feet away. Loved the hot tub and pool. Amazing air conditioning! Very pleased! I read a lot of mixed reviews but this was definitely worth it!

The only amenity we were missing here is parking. But even still-street parking was not very difficult to find-we just had to walk a bit which isn’t bad to do in this area.

The hotel location is ok, not in the center of Condado main action, closest restaurant is 15 minutes walk and the best parts of the town with more restaurants and shops is over 20 minutes walk. The partial ocean view was not worth it, there is a tall building right in front of the hotel that blocks the entire view of the beach. So basically the view is of the parking lot and the back of the tall building. So I'd suggest not paying extra for the view, the pool is located in a different hotel a block away. we did not use the pool or the jacuzzi. The beach is accesible from outside the hotel, they give you beach towels and there is always Gabriel on the beach to sell you day-use chairs and umbrellas, very convenient. Also we did not have trouble parking, there is easy parking on Taft street a block away and we ended up moving the car right in front of the hotel after we return from dinner as there was plenty room on the block. It is difficult to unload from your car if you arrive driving in the middle of the day. But you can unload and park on the next block.

Room had a great view of the ocean, balcony and comfortable bed. Ate dinner at Niche restaurant and it was an amazing experience with amazing food! The hotel is in a great location with a walkable neighborhood and good food nearby. Staff was friendly and attentive to any need. The only negative is my room seemed a little outdated as the dresser was broken as well as the shower head.

Staff was very cordial and helpful. This four story Boutique Hotel has no elevator service so be prepared to lug your suitcase up stairs to beautifully prepared though tiny rooms. The AC was chill and the twin bed most comfortable. If you don’t mind cold showers, then over all we enjoyed the overnight stay.
