Staff was lovely, especially Jay at the front desk who helped me when I suddenly needed a room last minute. Room was beautiful and it was extra comfy for my solo trip. Pool was cute and overall a gorgeous place. Be careful of the streets outside though as some of the people walking through are questionable. The hotel itself was lovely!

Bed bugs, mold, broken walls, cold showers. Not to mention there was a blackout period. The only good thing is that they were very accommodating and I got a partial refund. 1/5 would not recommend, don’t come, never booking again!!!

Excellent location, great walking distance to old and new San Juan and several beaches. Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent suggestions for food and outings. Connivence store, bakery, bars and restaurants nearby. We would have enjoyed our time more and would come back if it weren’t for the intermittent water outages. Overall an excellent experience in which we were able to enjoy our time in the private courtyard and pool area which was quiet and cozy.

El personal desde que entras fue muy atento y sociable. La cama litera ( por que la 2da cama es subiendo unas escaleras estilo litera) no tenia sábana y el agua se fue en 3 ocasiones. Lo demás estuvo estupendo. Importante no es accesible para personas con impedimentos por que tiene muchos escalones. El lugar es muy accesible y tiene piscina.

We had a pleasant one night stay at this hotel before catching an early flight. It was easy to check in, secure parking next door, and room was quiet and very spacious. Like others, we experienced low pressure and very little hot water. Easy walk to Old San Juan and at the right price point.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were given our room almost an hour after the official check-in time, which was extremely inconvenient. During our stay, there were recurring issues with the water service; at times there was no water at all, and hot water was unavailable as well.The parking area was also in poor condition and did not appear to be properly maintained. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet our expectations, and the lack of basic amenities significantly impacted our stay.Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

This was a really great, relaxing place to stay. We stayed here for 4 days and the property was really clean, the room was really cool + modern. The pool and cabana area was a very chill and enjoyable. The staff were friendly. There is an awesome beach walking distance from here that we loved. We loved it here and would definitely come back. This place is a very good value for your money.
