*Property info (Expedia) says they have laundry facilities, they do not.
*Check out time is 10am… They did approve until 11 so I could find a laundromat. Response from Navona; “I will let you until 11:00am, no more.”
*Property info says the store next door will hold luggage starting at 10am, this is incorrect. The store didn’t open until 11. If you have early activities, you’ll need to stop, come back to the hotel at exactly 10am, check out and move your luggage to the store next door; assuming they are open.
*Property info says you can store luggage until 3pm which is also incorrect. The store said no later than 2pm.
*As submitted in other reviews; no elevator so if you have a large/heavy bag, expect to carry it up a bunch of stairs. To be fair, I’m guessing very few hotels in Old San Juan have elevators.
*No front desk or onsite assistance. Any correspondence with the property will be via chat, email or phone.
*The room itself was fine.
*No coffee maker.
Navona, 10am check out is simply too early for travelers. You need to provide some overlap from when the jewelry store opens and checkout. Otherwise your guests will need to wait on the sidewalk I guess (keys). Ensure your property info is accurate. It’s frustrating for travelers who research in advance, only to scramble at the last minute.
If the store next door is open until 5 or 6pm anyway, allow your guests to keep their bags there until at least 4pm. #customerservice
