"Great place to stay with privacy, plenty of room in the middle of Old San Juan (especially on the 2nd and 3rd stories )! Being able to make coffee in the kitchen on the ground floor is a big plus. Very good place at an affordable price !"

"When booking this trip (our first to Puerto Rico) we were told that parking was available just a couple of blocks away and it wouldn’t be a problem to drop off our luggage at the building entrance and park in a nearby, inexpensive parking garage. It wasn’t too far away (about 3 blocks) but with the one way streets, it was challenging to find and it was $25 a day. We also weren’t warned about the apparent “NO EARLY ARRIVAL” policy. We arrived about 35 minutes earlier than the 4:00 check-in...

"Great owners who went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience in Puerto Rico. From having beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. available for use (no charge) to being available to help at 3am with a exit gate issue. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the biobay tours (don't miss this) and restaurants / bars within walking distance. "
