Ok for solo travelers, too tiny for a couple, space not well distributed. Example; you have plenty of chairs and tables in the outside and balcony why have more in the room being so tiny. I recommend an inchannel door for the bathroom. Toilet with no room to sit and stretch your right leg. Wasnt cleaned properly with dirty glass and spider webs. You can get rid of the small fridge, not needed since you have 24hr kitchen in the downstairs.

This is an amazing property for families with teens! The guesthouse has 3 separate units that allowed kids to have their own rooms. The outdoor covered patio was perfect for gathering, meals, and listening to the coqui frogs in the evening. The main unit has a full kitchen and a bonus indoor hammock! The guesthouse is secluded from the rest of the units and has a private gated entrance. The property is in a quiet area yet close to beaches and other attractions. I would definitely recommend!
Upper and lower unit with double bed, fullback, and TV in each. Upper has patio.
Covered patio with seating, mini fridge and outdoor sink

The staff was great. Whenever you needed anything they were on it. The room is small so for those that enjoy tiny living...this is great. We may go for the suite next time. The grounds we kept nice and clean at all times. The staff cleans the chairs and hammocks daily for the guest to sit and enjoy. The neighbors have chickens and dogs. The sound of the coqui was awesome. We loved it. The Luquillo beach is only 10 mins from the guesthouse. There are plenty of great places to eat in the local area. Luquillo was only 30-40 mins from San Juan. It was nice to get away from the hustle of San Juan. There is also no tv in the room, so bring a tablet for your favorite shows.

Here is a more professional and polished version of your review: Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the room was significantly smaller than depicted in the property’s photographs, which appeared misleading. The bathroom was not clean upon check-in; it contained visible pubic hair on the floor, along with discarded wrappers and containers from previous guests’ personal items. When I promptly reported these issues to management, it took approximately 24 hours to receive a response. They initially assured me the room had been cleaned and was ready for use. However, upon returning later that evening, I found the bathroom in the exact same unclean condition as before. Management later acknowledged that they had received inaccurate information from staff regarding the cleaning status. The matter was eventually addressed, and as a gesture of apology, the property offered a six-pack of local beer and a small bouquet of flowers picked from the grounds. While I appreciate the effort to make amends, the overall experience fell short of acceptable standards. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low—comparable to a trickle—making it difficult to use effectively. That said, the grounds are attractive and well-maintained, and the location is convenient for exploring the nearby rainforest. I would only consider this property suitable for a very brief one-night stay when the primary purpose is to visit the surrounding natural attractions. I would not recommend it for long

Yard work was being done early in the morning two days in a row. Would have appreciated it being done during blocked off dates when guests aren't staying there. Other than that everything else was great but that made my mornings unpleasant.
