"Una experiencia que no se la deseo a nadie. El mismo día que realicé la reserva le escribí informándoles que llegaría tarde a mi checking y nadie me respondió. Al llegar al hotel la gran sorpresa NO TENÍA RESERVA HECHA WOW! 10 de la noche estaba en la calle porque también hay que tener un codigo de acceso que deben enviarte porque no hay recepción en el hotel. Si me recibes mi dinero te lo cobraste, pero no me enviaste mi código ni confirmación de reserva que pésimo servicio no se lo recomiendo...
