Excellent breakfast at the hotel included in rate. The property was very quiet Teresa and Freddie could accommodate our every need. You need to know this is a very small property and if you have friends staying in another hotel, they're not allowed inside. it was a very relaxing place to stay in the midst of all the action in old San Juan.

Hotel location is excellent and the building is beautiful, it is walking distance to Plaza Colon, the San Cristobal Castle and basically all of Old San Juan, the place is pristine, check in was easy, room is ample and nicely set, the bathroom was clean with good shower, breakfast is ok, with limited options, stiff, unfriendly, and rushed staff, but great coffee. We did not like the feeling of being in a convent full of rules and the staff not being really welcoming.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay again!

Great stay. I was curious how it would work with no check in desk. Turns out it’s great! They’ve done a wonderful job blending old with new: including architectural design and customer service. They were very responsive over text and someone was quickly available when I needed something that required human intervention. My only wish is that their no guest policy is too strict. I get why they do it but I think there can be a balance between allowing a non hotel guest visit and security. For example. Great rooftop. I should be able to bring a friend and enjoy a drink with them watching the sunset. Or bring someone to my room. It wasn’t a big deal but something that irked me a little as a solo traveler. Other than that it’s really a great place.

The guest house was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff was rarely seen but seemed to be everywhere at the same time. I was amazed at how quickly they cleaned up the room and fixed up the bed while I was just grabbing a coffee downstairs.

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever been, i have been in luxurious resorts before, but this guesthouse has a very special vibes that warmed my heart. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends, and will be my to go when I come back. Location is in the heart of old san juan, next to good restaurants. The place is so clean and smells amazing, a thing that I always appreciate during my stay. Breakfast is so amazing, and best thing to start your day with.

This may very well be the best boutique hotel we have stayed at in 35 years of global travel. The owners, Fred and Teresa were wonderful, the hotel has an amazing history and the renovation is just amazing. It was quiet, safe and isn’t a very exciting and migrant neighborhood in old San Juan. It is a great starting place to explore the city.

A Perfect Stay in San Juan! I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of San Juan and within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants, historic sites, and local attractions. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It’s clear the staff takes immense pride in keeping the hotel in top condition. Speaking of staff, the service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly, and eager to help, going above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect.
