「Good for solo traveling but it was a bit misleading. The site said it was a 2 bedroom but when I booked it, it gave me a 1 bedroom.」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Staff was relatively quiet and kept to themselves as to not bother guest. But also maintained many properties in the area. The hotel was quaint but these stairs were quite the workout. Not an idea space for anyone with handicap needs or disabilities. Be sure to communicate with staff for parking permits and request extra towels ahead of time. Overall a great experience and no more than a 15-20 minute walk to viejo San Juan 」

「The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the hotel is situated around a lot of restaurants and bars. It is a beautiful old section of San Juan. The hotel is an old building which was retrofitted to a hotel. Like many European retrofitted hotels rooms are strangely laid out and small. But it was clean and nicely appointed. The front desk staff was excellent with great recommendations for restaurants.」

「I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of our room and the comfort of our bed. Now, it was a very large bed, and don't get me wrong, I'm a taller individual and it still took me 5 years to get to my girl on the other side of the bed. And I mean I had to crawl for ages. Thoroughly enjoyed spending some quiet time on the rooftop. There were enough amenities in walking distance, which is what I expected when staying here. It was a good stay and I recommend it.」

「The bar was beautiful with nice drinks, however, the rooms are horrible. I had to change room twice because of water leakage. The bathroom is dirty and the sink area is like 12 inches. My husband couldn't fit and he isn't fat. Finally my family of 4 had to be in multiple rooms because they couldn't accommodate what we paid for.」
