「Nice」

「The location is good. However, we were disappointed in several things. The floor was filthy. The coffee pot did not work. The kitchen had only a few things. There was no soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We had to go and purchase these. The furniture was dirty, some even had stains. The one good thing, the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. 」

「Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day」

「In the middle of now where but was able to get Uber Eats for a great price. Loved everything about the small town feel. If you are needing all the amenities may not be for you. For those laid back, go with the flow perfect spot」

「Loved our balcony with a table and chairs and a beautiful beach view. Loved sitting for breakfast looking straight out onto the beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were readily available. We had a loud air conditioning unit near our room and the ice machine in our hall didn’t work, but those are the only two minuses. The AC didn’t keep Us awake. And the hotel has huge dispensers of ice water flavored with orange slices all around the lobby, so we didn’t suffer. Would love to stay here again! 」

If you're looking for a local boutique hotel in safe area then I highly recommend. If you are bougie and need a 5 star hotel with all the amenities, then this may not be your place. 「The hotel looks like a dump; the staff are rude; I had graffiti on our room door; the room looked like a prison cell with little if any furniture; the bathroom room was the size of an airplane toilet and it looked like something you would find at a gas station; bedding and towels were almost see through; room smelled like a sewer; Expedia photos are truly deceptive and completely inaccurate 」

「Property was very well maintained and cleaned. Plenty of places to eat close to the hotel. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. 」

「Staff was 10000/10 , truly the kindest people i have ever come across. Would definitely stay there again! My room was not ready when i checked in and they were so nice and gave me a room credit , room service cleaned my room daily without request and gave me fresh towels and etc!」
