I love this place. I’ve stayed twice and the value for the money is insane! I feel like the location is great, it’s central to everything and even very walkable to most areas. The host is easy to communicate with and very helpful and kind. Love it!

My main complaint, I don’t see in the listing that this hotel isn’t wheelchair accessible (no ramps or elevators) and the check in process was disappointing. An hour passed check in and our room still wasn’t available. This was just unacceptable when people are tired from traveling and want to get into their room.

If you want to sleep, don’t book this hotel on a Friday or Saturday night. There is an underground club behind a white door across the street that blares EXTREMELY loud music all night. The music didn’t stop until after 5:30am. I got no sleep whatsoever and it really drained the day I had a planned in PR because I didn’t get any rest. The apartment itself was in rough shape. It looked like black mold between the grout in the shower, there were cracks in every wall, missing baseboards. If you are a bigger person, then don’t book! The hallways are so narrow that even at 135 I barely fit. If you are older, don’t book! I had trouble bringing my 40lb suitcase up the very steep flights of stairs - there are 2 apartments on the second floor but the rest are up 3-6 flights of stairs. The workspace is the best part - WiFi, water, bathrooms and vending this space is so cool and nice to have before and after checkout. They will not accommodate an early check in which makes it hard if you have an early flight coming in.
These stairs are very steep.
These hallways are so narrow I could barely.
Is this black mold?
Lots of repairs needed.

The room provided was okay, will do for a couple of nights; we liked the most the location as were able to Uber to the beach or Old San Juan in 10 minutes. The main issue was with the check in - we have arrived a little earlier, around 2pm, the room was not ready, so fine, but then at 4 it still was not ready, up until 5pm! They offered a later checkout at noon as apology, but we didn’t need it since were checking out earlier anyway to go to the other side of the island, we actually needed the earlier check in, and I have a gold VIP status.

Good parking close to everything you will need. I stayed at the 5th floor with roof access and the views where amazing. Are is really active if you are looking a quite place this may not be the place for you.
