The property was nothing like the photos. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom . The rooms smelled of mold, very dusty , So much so that my son had an asthma attack. I did speak with management, they assured me the cleaning team would come the next day to clean, they did not do a good job if they did come . The apartment was suppose to be a 3 bedroom, it was 2 bedrooms one did not have a closet and a loft no dressers. Loose loft railing , The loft floor felt as if you were going to fall through it. The light in the kitchen did not work if you can even call it a kitchen , no stove, 3 drinking glasses, a college dorm size fridge, hand washing sink instead of a real sink. The list goes on and on. Quiet hours are 9pm-10am yet we were awaken 7:30am to on going construction right down the hall. Staff was very nice, But I am extremely disappointed in the apartment this company gave me . They had hanging signs saying do not flush tissue down the toilet but we were not provided extra trash bags or cleaning services to come change the garbage . Whoever did the work on this place did a shoddy job.

For my first trip to Puerto Rico I stayed in one of their apartments in Old San Juan with a friend. I must say this was an excellent choice!!!!! The apartment is located in one of the classical buildings in the region right in front of la Fortaleza which meant there was round the clock security in the area which felt very safe. Great location and we where within 5 to 10 min walking distance from everywhere in old san juan. During my entire stay there we're no issues with lights going out or not having running hot water and we had our own washer and dryer. The building is perfectly preserved. If you're visiting Puerto Rico I highly recommend staying in at one of their properties. The check in was done via email/phone and it came by seamless with no difficulty in checking in. My only negative is one of our restrooms had a foul smell coming out of one of the shower drain. Aside from that I truly enjoyed my stay and recommend to stay at one of their properties

Place is in the heart of everything.. if you want to be in The thick of things this place is for you. The apartment itself is old and fragile but it serve its purpose if you just need a place to lay your head at night or you're looking for that old town feeling. If your looking for luxurious and accommodations this is not the spot. Check in was fine. Simple emails with notifications. The shower was my biggest complaint.. pressure was Very spotty and you had to constantly play with the lever to keep it warm.. it was either scolding hot or cold. Beds were decent but lil to firm.. and sheets were thin. AC was as cold as you want! Worked really well.. over all i enjoyed my stay and this rental was good. Just not quite my cup of tea..

The room was located and a great part of Old San Juan, off quite street so noise in the evening was not high but walking distance to several great restaurants, bars and shops. Able to walk down to harbor and other points of interest. Room was clean for an apartment and enjoyed patio we had as part of the room.

Apartment was great location, pictures were not accurate. Description said ocean view, and had pictures of a room with open windows to view the ocean. We had a view of the street. Very dark in apartment, lights are not bright. Was clean, bed was comfortable, really enjoyed balcony. Description should mention several flights of stairs with NO elevator, if many flights are difficult with luggage for older folks. Also would help to have descriptions or directions on how to use all the remotes since they work the lights/fans.

The air conditioner was excellent, the kitchen and the living room perfect, everything was amazing l will book again plus they have washer and dryer in the spot so u don't have to go no where all's love it my family love it 💖💖😍💖💯

This property was in a fantastic location. Easily walkable to all things in Old San Juan. The place had quite a few light bulbs that were out which made it very difficult to see at night. If you are booking this stay, please be aware that it is very noisy at night and may be difficult to sleep if you are staying in the master bedroom.
