"Staff was great!! Bartender at the pool was super helpful in offer suggestions for near by restaurants and activities. Pool hours were great and there was always plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. Will definitely be back for a winter trip"

"Overall the property was well maintained, and many amenities, dining options, and sponsored activities. The beach was a long walk and lots of saragassum-perhaps needs a more routine cleanup. Service at the pool side restaurant was slow and not particularly attentive. Lobby area is beautiful and live music options in the evening is a plus."

"The best part of our stay was having the balcony and the nice view over the pier. The room was very spacious but the carpet and the sleeper sofa were very dated and dirty. We also saw a roach in the bathroom. There were no blankets at all, just extra sheets for covers on both the main bed and the sleeper. The main bed was comfortable but the sleeper had a very thin mattress and you could feel each spring on it. Pool is tiny. So we could not use it as with with just four people in it there was no space for us. Breakfast was good but is à la carte, not a buffet, with four choices - eggs with potatoes, yogurt with fruits , omelette, Location is perfect for Old San Juan sightseeing. Tons of restaurants and little shops. We felt safe walking at night. There is a small casino across the street. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the hotel looked a lot better on photos than in real life and we felt a bit disappointed, especially with cleanliness."

"Great property, secluded but has everything you need. Washer/dryer available came in clutch especially with kids hitting the pools and beach daily. Amenities for teenagers, basketball & tennis court came in handy at night when my teens were restless they hit the courts. 5/10 min drive to food and pharmacy locations. Great stay!"
