Not your common place for most people but it works wonders for the price and for what was needed. Just keep on mind to go ask for the personel at the downstairs store. The lady was helpful and lovely. I enjoyed the stay and it was comfortable. The AC worked fine, TV as well. They provided towels, soap and shampoo. There was a mini fridge too and it worked fine. Definetly would stay here again.

Everything went well, trying to get into the B&B with the lock was a little bit difficult at first, but once you get it down your first take, you’ll be fine. Ubers were super cheap as well

I booked this room as my layover was in PR. I called to make sure that they knew I’ll be coming in for a late checkout but when I called the lady was rude. Then proceeded to tell me that she won’t be able to accommodate my stay because of the water shortage. I requested a refund and they Denied it and kept all of my money. Keep in mind I was only going to be in the room for less than 5hrs. Not at all professional. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Parking is extremely limited there are only three spaces, and they can barely fit cars. They also charged an additional $20 cleaning fee, even though the room was not clean when we arrived. There were a lot of ants, and the shower drain had hair all over it. Overall, it was not a clean or pleasant experience. I do not recommend staying here.

The worst place I've been in dirty surroundings unsure room number didn't have it in the door. And the lady so called incharge massaging telling me I had to give her 20$ to clean room even before I had a chance to look

No front desk staff. Called their number but no answer but when spoke with main woman who was outside around the corner she had received my call but ignored it. Horrible customer service. Attempted to charge me more money. Neighborhood looks nothing like pic on site. They attempted to give me a room with no AC. Parking was confusing at first.

Llegué al lugar empleada dijo que no tenía reservación me fui nunca pude entrar estuve 2 horas en servicio al cliente con Expedía para que consiguieran al dueño cuando contestó dijo un información diferente ya había buscado otro lugar para quedarme nunca quiso devolver el dinero y asumir lo que su empleada nos dijo y el trato pésimo nos gritaba en vez de hablar a parte que cuando nos íbamos a ir dijo que había un costo de limpieza aparte que había que pagar en efectivo, es un lugar al lado de un negocio llegamos habían sábanas en el piso y cuando yo solicité hablar con el dueño la señora nos dejó con la llaves en la boca me fui porque estaba trabajando en un lugar donde no vivo tenía que buscar un lugar seguro para pasar la noche ya que ella dijo que no tenía mi reservación y yo mostrándola

No me gustó que tuviera que pagar $20.00 por motivo de limpieza. No descansamos porque había música hasta altas horas de la madrugada. No hay estacionamiento seguro para los huéspedes. Del 1 al 10, le doy 4.

The AC was good but it would get cold at night and there wasn’t a remote for it. It’s a little loud if you don’t like noise then this is not the place for you. There’s a store (colmado) downstairs and they put music on everyday. Staff and the people there were nice

You get what you paid for. Staff was nice and met all the basic needs. We barely stayed in the room since we would be out all day but it did the job.

The Room was good enough for the price paid, and the Lady in charge was very nice and Happy, she was good with explaining everything. It really gives people's comfort when you can communicate with your customers. I would check in there on my next trip.

Entiendo que si van a cobrar un fee extra por limpieza a lo que ya se pagó directo al momento de reservar, deben avisarlo. Lo pedían cash y si era con tarjeta pedían 5$ extra a ese fee, no tenía cash al momento de haber llegado y durante la estadía me llamaron varias veces para que lo pagara, cuando era algo que no estaba escrito en la página. Solo tenían una sábana, no habían frisas para arroparse, el aire tenía un liqueo que me manchó los bultos ya que estaban en el piso. El lugar no tiene una oficina con quien hablar, hay que llamar. De lo demás el cuarto estaba limpio y dormimos cómodas las 4. Solo tengan en cuenta esas cositas.

The room was a bed and a folding chair, with only one electrical outlet. The bathroom had an empty socket where a bulb should go. The neighborhood was full of trash, and the room was above a bar that played very loud music. I am surprised that this is allowed to operate as a room for rent.
The place closes at night and has security gates because the neighborhood is so bad.
This stairway led to the rooms and was propped open
