The room was a bed and a folding chair, with only one electrical outlet. The bathroom had an empty socket where a bulb should go. The neighborhood was full of trash, and the room was above a bar that played very loud music. I am surprised that this is allowed to operate as a room for rent.
The place closes at night and has security gates because the neighborhood is so bad.

You get what you paid for. Staff was nice and met all the basic needs. We barely stayed in the room since we would be out all day but it did the job.

Somebody put trash and dirty the terrace and the manager texted us blaming on us. It was very sad because we are very clean and respectful people I told her, we (I and my kids) never went to the terrace and to look the cameras because I saw a man staying there. I did not like her shouting on me and sending me videos about the trash on whatsapp. I don't know if we are going there anymore as I don't feel comfortable anymore to go there.

Yikes! We left immediately. 3:20 pm lady who is NOT bi lingual greeted me with a beer in hand, this place is over a loud bar, walked up about 35 steep stairs, both of us in our 60's no help offered with suitcases, diarrhea splash in toilet, hair and lint in shower, VERY heavy smell of smoke in room, ashtray full of cigs just outside in hallway, fridge not cleaned, only sheets on bed, Christmas decorations on outside entry door and on wall inside we were there 31 Jan, 2 cars which hadn't moved in a long time one had a bullet hole in windshield on drivers side other had human puke on back bumper, no wi fi told having issues someone coming Monday see previous reviews someone else said same thing, no airport shuttle, lady would not give refund was very rude and insisted room was clean but would not go upstairs and look at the room, there is no ocean anywhere near this place, it is an unsafe neighborhood, there is a lot of dumped garabage around this place and across the street ALOT, when we called an uber the first one didn't pick us up it turned around when it got within a minute of the location. I have requested a full refund I took lots of pictures to prove everything.

I am extremely disappointed that Expedia allows this property to be advertised as a hotel. This accommodation is not even close to a one-star standard, and the listing is completely misleading. From check-in to check-out, the internet did not work at all. When this was raised, the woman in charge was rude, dismissive, and unconcerned, stating it would be “fixed on Monday” — which was irrelevant since my stay was only for the weekend (two nights). This property is not a hotel and should not be described as one. The guesthouse is outdated and poorly maintained. There was no iron available in the room to prepare clothing, the showers were clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival, and although a mini refrigerator was present and plugged in, it did not work. This was by far the worst experience I have had booking through Expedia. Properties like this need to be properly vetted before being advertised on a trusted platform. Allowing false advertising only leads to frustration and disappointment when guests arrive and are forced to deal with these issues.

The Room was good enough for the price paid, and the Lady in charge was very nice and Happy, she was good with explaining everything. It really gives people's comfort when you can communicate with your customers. I would check in there on my next trip.

Carmen was amazing to communicate with. You get what you pay for and having a downstairs bar, food and convenience store was great. The terrace next to my room was a plus and again the place isn’t amazing but it’s does its job. Convenient to all locations in San Juan. I enjoyed it. No complaints here

I do not recommend this place , the area is horrible there is no parking at all. The environment is not pleasing to the eye . They’re definitely a bar business below the hotel . It did not give a very trusting environment. I ended not staying because there was no parking around the area. And the saddest part there was NO refund policy . So with this being said I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

There’s was feces in the toilet. The ac did not work. No screens on the windows I killed over 50 mosquitos the shower drain was clogged so shower it was a horrible experience not to mention a hooker opened the door for us and the lady tried to charge me even though I already paid this place should NEVERRRR BE ON EXPEDIA. It was a horrific experience do not go there ever!!

Quite a bit of the pictures shown aren't actually from the hotel itself but other areas. There is no front desk and you will have to call for them to open a locked building, that isn't in as great of a shape as the pictures show. ROOMS AREN'T CLEANED IN BETWEEN GUESTS!!!!! The walls are filthy, the bathroom/toliet was filthy, there was dirty/food/bugs under the mini fridge/beds, inside the fidge was dirty etc. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean sheets/blankets for the room and our own toliet paper. There also is no working wifi, we were given a password that was too short to on any of the nearby services (they didnt even tell us which one it was). The building is extremely dirty and sketchy PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!!! its cheap for a reason!!

There was no room available. I waited an hour to see if they would resolve the issue. The woman in charge kept calling the owner, but he never answered. She said that the Hotels.com app hadn't sent her the information. I had to find another hotel and pay more. So I demand a refund since it wasn't my fault. I sent a message through the app, but I haven't received a response yet.
