「The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were left stranded with no where to go when our flight was cancelled due to the winter blizzard in NYC. This hotel was perfect for a clean, spacious “family style” room that slept two adults and 4 teenagers comfortably. Cute pool, comfortable beds, hot water, fridge, dressers, table and the most adorable kitty that our kids loved to feed and snuggle with. 」

「After reservation the communication was promptly, when we got there the Room was very clean. We got room#4 it's definitely a minimalist room, enough for my son and I. The staff was very helpful, we really enjoyed it.」

「Very cool place, industrial minimalist design. Extremely friendly staff, welcoming. Great location in Santùrce. Couple blocks to a prefect beach. Only way I'd enjoy it more is if smoking were allowed on the beautiful upstairs deck. Nobody seemed to go up there, but we had to stand on the street corner to smoke. No big deal and the place is awesome」

「The hotel is so adorable. I love the room especially the design of the bathroom and shower. The staff was very accommodating held our bags until our room was ready and also kept us up to date on the progress. I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Next time I am in San Juan I will book another stay. 」

「The room was perfectly sized and the balcony was beautiful in the morning sun. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with great coffee that energized us for the day. The location was further from the main part of San Juan (~15 mins) but we rented a car so it was super easy to get to. The hotel is across a plaza that was nice to walk around in and the shops/businesses in the area were pleasant to explore. There are so many powerful murals in the area! I highly recommend this hotel, I’m looking...
