My stay at Casa Lucienne was amazing! It was an experience unlike any other. My favorite part was the open roof, where I could sit outside my room, drink my coffee, and enjoy the sound of the rain falling. It was truly peaceful and memorable. I will definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here. It was centrally located in Old San Juan and was walking distance to most things we wanted to check out in this area. The hotel was excellent with beautiful architecture, clean facilities, and friendly staff. It was also perfect for a couples vacation as it felt appropriately secluded, romantic, and peaceful being a smaller, adults-only hotel.

Fantastic stay in heart of Viejo San Juan. Everything about this house is magical and my room (Lucienne Suite) exceeded my expectations. The staff was very accommodating and I enjoyed every bit of my experience. Will definitely stay here again. Heads up: this is an old house with three flights of steep stairs and no elevator, so not the most accessible for some.

The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond from storing our luggage to helping us find restaurants that accepted American Express. The proximity to every thing Old San Juan has to offer was fantastic.

our original hotel was a complete disappointment; minutes after checking in we cancelled and found Casa Lucienne a block away. The staff was so helpful , especially the young woman at reception- name started with an ‘ N ‘—- noralys?? I don’t remember it at the moment. Casa lucienne is perfectly located in the heart of Old San Juan. It is close to everything, at the corner is the Fort. Starbucks is nearby, as well as many shops and restaurants. They provide free coffee every morning. Umbrellas for grab at the main entrance. Indoor Pool is open until 10pm. We were in the Lucienne room. It has its own very private terrace including a standalone bathtub. Beautiful view of the Fort as you soak in the tub. Linen was very clean, bed was a king size 4 post bed. There is no bathroom door which I was not a fan of. No iron but they provide a steamer which was even better. Overall beautiful property, very clean and well kept. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Casa was an excellent choice to stay in the heart of Old San Juan. The room was lovely and spacious. I had to request the room to be cleaned on the Saturday but only the bathroom was done and the bed was not made. I thing there was a different cleaner at the weekend. During the week the was done properly. I would recommend and I would return. Beautiful house.

BEAUTIFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! We highly recommend this gorgeous place right in the middle of Old San Juan. Everything is in walking distance. The charm of this place can’t be beaten. From calming music as you enter, a relaxing rooftop, other beautiful sitting areas, delicious coffee in the morning, and also modern shower and bath facilities, you will absolutely not be disappointed. It was immaculate and easy to access.
