The bed was comfortable and the location was superb, which made the stay enjoyable overall. However, there was a major inconvenience when the water was out for a few hours and the property didn’t have a water cistern or backup system. Since we only stayed one night, we had to wait until the next morning to shower, which was frustrating. For the price we paid, having a water backup system is something I would definitely expect

It was in an excellent location, in Old San Juan near the Princess Cruise Terminal. It was clean and our host was easy to contact when we got to the place. We had a little difficulty communicating before we arrived and we did not have the check in code until we contacted our host by phone. The air conditioning worked well. There was no TV but we did not need one.

Air conditioning was perfection nice and cool in the warm humid climate outside. We had the only room on the top floor/rooftop which was very nice. Clean room and no issues during our stay. Location was perfect for exploring old san juan.

The price was good. The room was clean and A/C worked well. We chose to stay both before and after our cruise and both rooms were very comfortable. On return, we had requested a 1st floor room for ease and it was greatly appreciated when this was provided. We would recommend staying here especially if going on a cruise since it's so close to the port and theire is tons of shopping/dinig options available.

What a cute little room! I was pleasantly surprised. I had room number 9 upstairs. The room was clean and tidy and pleasantly decorated. The bathroom was quite large- huge shower with hot water and good pressure. There was a bench to leave my open suitcase on as well as some wire shelving and hangers to store more clothing. There were bath and beach towels in the room. Although I didn’t need beach towels, it was nice to know that they were there if I had more time to visit a beach. The location was great. Out the door and turn right you can find Starbucks and lots of bars and restaurants. Straight ahead is the Plaza and one of the forts. The room had a smoke/CO detector on the wall (I remember reading in the listing that perhaps there wasn’t one. There was.) The room had a smart TV. If you have Netflix or streaming services at home bring your log in info. There weren’t many free options for TV service. This didn’t bother me at all because I didn’t come to Old San Juan to watch TV lol. Probably the most important thing was that I felt safe there. Overall, this was a good pick for a short stay. Awesome host and amazing location. Sent this location to my family for when they plan to come to San Juan. In the heart of everything and perfect for someone who doesn’t want to rent a car but wants to explore old San Juan. The host was very accommodating and the room was beautiful.

The room wreaked of mold and gave us extreme headaches. We didn’t want to sleep in our pajamas so we slept in our clothes and showered in the morning so we could head right out. The shower wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t good either. The towels just seemed not something we wanted to use but we had no choice. Check in was easy, but no help with bags and had to hike all our bags up a lot of stairs. Room is large, but the smell and visible mold was way too much.
