「Room was the best serviced room I have ever had on vacation. Trash was emptied twice daily and always fresh towels and bed turndown nightly. The property was incredibly well kept and covered for sun loungers washed and changed every night. 」

「The professionalism of the entire staff, starting with the check-in and check-out at the front desk, and continuing throughout my entire seven-day stay, with the pantry, gardeners, housekeeping, and the timeshare staff. However, the only problem I took away from it is that my taste buds for delicious cuisine are so high now that I sent my first class seating entree undisturbed. 」

「Did not use airport shuttle. Everything was perfect except air conditioner in room made loud rumbling sound for 4 minutes each, then shut off and would return every 15 minutes keep us up most of the night. Please fix it. Other than that the hotel was clean, very central and with very attentive staffs. Breakfast was the best, lunch and dinner were average.」

「Me gustó mucho, lo único que no estoy de acuerdo es ke si se nos pierden los brazaletes cobran por reposición otra cantidad y la siento no considerada. Ya que dese el único en recepción nos piden los nombre de las personas ke vamos a estar. Y pues no veo correcto que cobren el brazalete una vez perdido o roto. Siento que para todo kieren cobrar y así tampoco es. De ahí en fuera todo estubo muy padrísimo. Gracias todos muy amables. 」

「I had a wonderful time at Iberostar Selection Cancun. The resort is stunningly beautiful and very well decorated. The beach is lovely and the water colour was spectacular. The pools were very nice as well. The food was amazing with lots of great fine dining options. Make sure to make a reservation for the Japanese restaurant early. I also greatly enjoyed the nightly entertainment shows. My favourite show was Viva Mexico, which showcased dances and music from various regions in Mexico. The staff...

「Extremely clean resort. Very well maintained. Food and drink prices are very expensive but alternative drinks and food are available. Will definately go back. We were there during the cartel issues and felt very safe and looked out for during that time. Staff was very good and accomodating. Overall excellent stay」
