"チェックイン時から電気がつかず、朝になってようやくついた。明かりが必要なのは夜なのに、どうなっているのか意味が分からない。スマホはチェックアウトの時間になっても充電出来なかった。コンセントは2箇所にあったが、 どちらも通電していなかった。チェックイン時にはトイレの水も流れず、シャワーも使えなかった。"

"An incredible place to stay for the price and location in Tulum ! The room was super clean and spacious, the AC worked perfectly and the bed was massive and comfortable ! Our check in was a breeze with the help of Alphonso, who was incredibly helpful and kind ! Definitely recommend it, it’s only a couple of minutes from all the main attractions and restaurants!"

"It’s my 3rd time here and I absolutely love this place! Rooms are nice and clean, little balcony just a cherry on top! Right across the street from the ADO bus station which makes it very convenient! A lot of good restaurants around and collectivo to PDC! "
