Phoenix (PHX) to Cancun (CUN)
8.4/10 Very Good! (5,858 reviews)
Dinner reservations are a bit difficult and very hard to get in there’s no app to book you have to get up at 7am in the morning to walk down and try to reserve . Not fun when you’re on vacation. And there’s really no good bars to go have drinks that are open during the day except pool bars. If the made it easier to make dinner reservations I would have loved this resort.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
Resort was nice, well maintained overall. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our Destination Concierge, Carlos, was very attentive and helpful. Dining options were good but limited for those who are less adventurous with gastronomy. Only down side was lack of information provided before booking regarding smoking/vaping laws in Mexico.
