「The staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciated their arranging for the airport transport. The rooms are clean and there is a nice kitchen/seating area we could use. Conveniently located about 10 min from the Central Park/Market. 」

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」

I booked this place and the advertised price for the room more than doubled for the last 3 nights- I didn’t even know until I checked my receipt for why the total was so high. When I asked the host about this they were so incredibly rude and cancelled my reservation at 9pm the night I was supposed to arrive while I was on a shuttle to Antigua during semana santa when there were barely any places to stay. 「Everything was excellent. Location, room, breakfast and the beautiful plants. Gelima and Rosemary were wonderful. My room was on the ground level right at the entrance so the music playing at the bar in the evening was a bit noisy but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Everything else was great. I highly recommend this place」

「the price is relative higher~~compare to the surrounding hotel which provide similar quality! i thin it's about 20 dollors more than average price in the area. the staff is kind~~but~~not very friendly~~but this may due to i don't speak spanish!」

「The owners and staff were amazing it’s such a cute little property, they took care of us and the breakfast was amazing. Only heads up is they use shower head heaters so put the switch to hot and then don’t turn the water all the way on just use the water flow to regulate the heat. It’s a low pressure setup but gets the job done so you have a warm shower! I would definitely use this place again if I make it back to Antigua. 」
