This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Each room is unique and tastefully designed, creating an atmosphere that feels both special and welcoming. The attention to detail is evident everywhere. The driver they provide for my transfer from the airport almost killed us twice because he was texting while driving. He also touched me several time on my arm/shoulder while talking. Asked me for tip several time during the ride and with all that i did not give any. Checkin was fast and they allowed an early one! Room was cozy but located next to the restaurant and very noisy. Oh and the window in the bathroom opens right on the tables of the restaurant.. For a fancy hotel it was very disappointing in the end. Id recommend going to casa Santa domingo or los pasos instead!

This hotel had comfortable beds , but was a terrible sleep due to the noise of bar next door. I went to bed early because I had early morning commitments in town. Sadly, the staff would knock on my door and wake me up to see if I needed anything. I was sleeping. This place is not a good value for the money. Too much noise and a pushy staff always asking for a tip.

Overpriced

Checking or front desk guys were great, but we ordered room service and we have to call many times to remind them, the room has extremely slippery floors both in the bathroom and the room. The bed is uncomfortable and the room its nice but definitely not worth $400.00 USD/night.
