「The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean although one of the beds linen was dirty and stained. We asked the staff if they were able to change the linen and they did.」

「Overall, I had a good stay at Oceana All Inclusive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. The snack bar by the ocean was also a great addition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort had a nice atmosphere. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Some areas of the resort were quite far from the pools and beach, which meant a lot of walking. I also had to ask more than once for assistance with my luggage before someone came to...

Me cobró 40 dólares por no poder sacarle unas pequeñas manchas de tinte de pelo a dos toallas y eso es una exageración, además de la falta de tacto para decirlo. Y encontré una cucaracha en mi habitación.」
