「Great location, it is only 2 mins away from Semuc Champey National Park Entrance and opposite to the cave. But be aware that there is no wifi, no hot water provided in the hostel. Electricity is limited from 12 noon to 1pm and 7pm to 11pm. The rest of time is lack of electricity. Food options are also limited. No restaurant is nearby. The redtaurant in the hostel is the only choice uou have in that area. The environment itself is excellent and surrounded by the jungle and river view underneath....

「Agua caliente no servía, sistema drenaje mal estado, baño se moja y no se puede limpiar las almohadas en mal estado y no dan más almohadas. La Sra q cocina atiende mal modo.」

「Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very clean but the property was a bit dated although still lovely. It was quiet at night. Staff had limited English if you’re dependent on that. Breakfast was delicious with good coffee. Beds were a bit hard but I still slept fine!.」

「At check in they couldn't find my name. Then when I told them I already paid while booking 2 months prior they disagree and they put me on the phone with apparently an expedia customer service rep... after debating for few minutes they gave me the room keys. Room looked cheap and the shower dirty, water was barely running and it was cold」
