Spacious and clean

I was supposed to stay at the Westin with a group but was unable to since I waited too long. This place is 3 to 4 short blocks away. Sara the front desk lady is learning English and likes to practice, which is nice. The rooms were very spacious And more than I thought it would be. Nice hot tub, but didn't swim in the pool. I would definitely recommend this place.

Room was clean and property was well taken care of. All the staff was professional and had no problem answering our questions. The hotel has a gate to walk through, not just anybody can come inside and the parking lot is also gated so they have staff that manage these services. Casa serena is located in a quiet, prosperous area that is walkable with at least 3-5 bars/restaurants nearby. We literally have zero complaints!

I really enjoyed this modern property, and it the breakfast was great. The hot tub broke the morning before we got there and it wasn't fixed until after we left, so that was a bit of a bummer. We will stay here again.

Careful with cleaning, and change of sheets/towels. Unfortunately, encountered lots of human/ pet Hairs in bathtub and restroom and I’ve got very dirty bed sheets. Not enough pillows and water bottles. Overall, great as always.
