The front desk folks were incredibly helpful in getting Tuktuks to town and transport to Antigua coordinated. We had the pre fixe dinner which was delicious. I would recommend bringing a beanie and a fleece jacket as mornings on the lake can be a little chilly.」

「Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.」
