「stayed just 2 nights, room was very clean and quiet. The staff were accommodating and helpful with questions and the rooftop area was nice. A 15-20minute walk from the main area but it felt safe to walk and the area itself was nice. Also like that they have filtered water available in the kitchen area」

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」

「Property is beautiful, the cabins and view are stunning the only downfall is the shared bathrooms but they do say it on their description so we took the risk. It’s a must place. If you see it take it you won’t regret it」

「The room could have been cleaner, the ceiling had tape stripes covering parts of the ceiling that by the end of our three night stay were falling off the ceiling. They also said they had a laundry service but then said I couldn’t use it even though one of the staff said it was available. There is parking and it is relatively close to everything about a 10 minute walk to anywhere!」

「Beautiful grounds and gardens. View from restaurant is stunning. Private parking was so helpful and provided peace of mind. Included breakfast is excellent! Rooms are adequate, but small. Beds were ok. Conveniently located to lake side park on one side and shops on the other. Restaurant food and service is very good! One of our favorite places on Lake Atitlan」
