「Staff was very friendly and helpful! The bar area and restaurant were beautiful with outstanding views. We were in the lion yurt which was tired and needs a lot of updating - only for someone who likes very, very rustic and not big fear of big spiders. dogs, howling, and barking all night every night. After all, it is the jungle and most won’t bother you, but need to expect it.. loved the bathtub with a gorgeous view though.」

「Aunque el hotel es espectacular, bellos jardines, área para descansar y observar la belleza del lago por todos lados, muy tranquilo y las habitaciones con unas vistas increíbles. El personal es muy atento y amable. La comida y bebidas en el restaurante son demasiado caras y debido a que el acceso al hotel es únicamente por agua, no se tienen otras opciones. Adicional aunque si puedes llevarte la comida y bebidas a donde gustes, debes ir hasta el restaurante para adquirirlo, no tienen servicio...

「I stayed for 3 nights 4 day, hotel staff were always very kind and helpful, from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff all were amazing. Clean rooms and housekeeping attended to the rooms daily. Loved the view and the easy access to the lake. Walking distance from local shops and restaurants. Pool and garden area nice and clean. I did not try the restaurant because prices were higher compared to other local restaurants but it did look good.」

「The staff was amazing, we had a great stay, they let us stay an extra night on short notice, and let us keep our suitcases at the hotel for the day. They also let us check in a few hours early. Very accommodating and the free breakfast is really good! All fresh. I would really recommend staying here, and it is a short walk to the boats. Staff is amazing!!」
