「We had the most amazing stay at this property! The hotel was insanely beautiful and very well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and accommodated every request we had. Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. 「staff was amazing, water heater didn't work properly, either way too hot or too cold. we were the only guest at the hotel for a couple of days and even that the breakfast was included , they couldn't bend the rules to let us eat before they started serving breakfast... you can only access the hotel by boat, and it is in the less populated area of the lake, making it harder to move around...」
