The staff were friendly and the property was clean. The rooms seemed small and there were no closets to hang clothes. The shower we had wasn't very hot at all and the pressure wasn't great.

Great value for money given a/ kinda boutique experience of a small hotel, b/ just 10 minutes stroll on paved streets to city Central Park, and c/amazing staff! Kudos to Miguel and Cecilia. I felt I got personalized experience for my 3 day stay from friendly English sparking staff. Free Breakfast was decent and had three options (see menu cards picture). Few quirks of this hotel 1/ after 7 pm the doors are kept closed but is opened promptly when knocked (staff at reception stays overnight) 2/ Hot tub needs reservations as it is expected to be used exclusively for your room occupants 3/ my room had no fridge and microwave but I was able to use their common kitchen appliances to store and heat. Not a hassle for me but something to be aware.

Had an amazing 2 nights here. Great value for the price, had a great included breakfast. The location was very central to a lot of the highlights in Antigua we visited. Thought the rooms were clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Will absolutely book again when coming back to Antigua!

Las fotos con las que reservamos el hotel, no corresponden a la habitación que nos dieron. Cuando llegamos nos indicaron que debíamos ir a otro lugar, era lo mismo pero la diferencia de las instalaciones era demasiado. La joven que nos atendió en la casa de los tatarabuelos fue demasiado especial, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros.

Checkin was quick and easy. She arranged shuttle service for us to the airport for the next morning which was convenient and wonderful. Rooms are basic and all channels on tv are local, so if you don’t speak Spanish you’ll have limited to no options. Hot showers and cold AC. Basic breakfast included. Limited bathroom toiletries (missing shampoo and bar soap).
