"An absolutely incredible visit to this stunning property. Our room with private terrace including private jacuzzi, fireplace and lounge area was exceptional, authentic and elegant. The restaurant was excellent, service top notch and they made this getaway so easy by organizing airport transportation, a Pacaya volcano hike and restaurant reservations. Planning a longer return!"

"El Convento is an absolute gem. Nestled behind the unassuming exterior walls is a quaint sanctuary and perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Antigua. The staff was attentive, and maintenance/cleaning was ongoing and evident as the grounds are immaculate. Suite 8 was incredibly spacious, and the outdoor garden patio with jacuzzi was lovely. The included breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety.

, fountain, and rooftop terrace added quiet tranquility to this small hotel. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast at its sister hotel - Pensativo - was fabulous. Fresh food, excellent service, and gorgeous setting. I hope to come back one day. Book this hotel and you won’t regret it!"

"I found this property on Tiktok and i had to stay here. The grounds were absolutely lush and beautiful. They have so many beautiful garden areas. They also grow some of their own foods that they use to prepare delicious meals. The room was the star of the show. I felt like a queen. The attention to detail with little flowers on the bed and in the bathroom was a great touch. They also have candles lit in the room and bathroom. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and the shower pressure was...
