I like the fact that this hotel was very clean quiet and safe, the staff was friendly as well. The pool was amazing and Clean. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It’s in the middle of everything making all of your destinations walkable
Beautiful vintage property. In the heart of everything so I loved the location. The only thing that was hard was lifting me and my daughter’s suitcases up very narrow stairs to our room. Let’s hope that when you book you get a room that’s on the ground level.
This was my second stay here. I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and staff. 5 stars. The only potential issue people might have is the noise that comes from the bar next door. They play music till around 12:00-12:30. Wasn’t an issue for me, but if you are very sensitive to noise or you go to bed very early at night, you should be aware of it. I definitely would stay here again.
I enjoyed my stay. The staff are great. The hotel is very nice and very well maintained. It’s right off the park, so you can’t get more central. The pool is really nice. The only potential downside is that it’s next door to a very loud restaurant that plays music till about 12:30. If you are sensitive to noise, it could be an issue. But I really enjoyed my stay. Cafe condessa is a 3 minute walk and the food and atmosphere are both great. I absolutely recommend this place for anyone coming to Antigua
Very centric hotel with great ammenities. It is quiet by night en very close to the main square, bars are right next to the hotel (not too noisy). Staff is great and there is a pool and sauna.

Great little hotel right in the middle of Antigua. The location is perfect, and the pool was nice and relaxing. The staff was friendly, although some of the instructions were a little confusing and could have been explained better.
There’s no parking available, so definitely keep that in mind if you have a car. Also, the rooms don’t have AC, and it can get pretty hot. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and really liked the location.
Very charming and authentic, on the second floor great views of the volcanos. Enjoyed the green area, and flowers. Beautiful wall decoration, clean, close to great restaurants and the park and archeological sites. Offers shuttles to the airport. Has a small pool, that my husband and I used late in the afternoon, it was clean. The only discomfort is that there a restaurant disco next to the hotel and the music is too loud at night, which is bad because the hotel it is so nice, but if guest don't mind the music at night it is a great small hotel to stay. Hotel management are working with other business neighbors to have the disco owners to lower down at night, we hope this can be accomplished because we would like to go back to Guatemala and stay in the same hotel. Recommended if you are looking for a charming hotel at good prices.
The hotel has a great location. Just make sure you ask for a two bed room in the first floor, those are OK. Our room, No. 8 in the second floor, was very... very little compared with the photos that we saw in Expedia and the other rooms. The bathroom and the shower, both separated, were very... very small and it connected to the next room, I am sure it used to be a closet. I'm not exaggerating. We asked for another room and the excuse they made is that they were full and did not had more rooms. Really and upsetting stay.
This place overall was a great boutique hotel. It’s in an ideal location.

The Cleaning staff was outstanding. and very helpful. Front desk attention was minimal if I did not say hello or goodbye. I was not greeted. I’m not sure how this hotel has a four star rating. While it is very clean, it is a bit rundown. The pool has several tiles missing. My bathroom fixtures were falling off. It is adjacent to the barrio club. And the noise was so loud I felt as though I was right inside of it. My room actually vibrated, and it was very challenging to sleep. i ’m glad I did some exciting activities around antique work because the stay in the hotel was less than comfortable.
