「Everything was exceptional! Staff, room, service, accommodation (needed a late check out), and the ambiance was excellent! This was my second stay there and upgraded to Superior spa suite. That room will WOW you! We will be back!」

「The good - the property has beautiful lawn and a nice pool. Staff was helpful. They have a free shuttle that takes you about a kilometer and drops you close to Central Park. Breakfast was good. The bad - the building is pretty run down. The toilet was very dirty and we had to request room change. In new room bathroom got clogged and had yellow water. They tried and somewhat fixed it, but I think they have old plumbing issue. They charge cars about $3 for parking. It can be validated for taxis...

「Excellent hotel, it is truly a home away from home. I loved the details in the decoration, the architecture, the privacy. It is also in a quiet part of Antigua, yet, you can walk to retaurants and shops. 」

「The location of this hotel is why we picked it. Half a block from central park and easy walking distance to most Antigua sites we wanted to visit. They property has a beautiful courtyard and rooftop. The wifi worked well and we always had ample hot water. The breakfast was just OK but to be fair we had very excellent local breakfast at 2 prior places we stayed in GT so I am using that as comparison. The hotel has alot of old historic character which was beautiful and they kept everything...

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」
