「Overall my stay was wonderful with exception of transportation back to the airport . Staff is so unorganized. So when I got to the resort I decided to arrive in a taxi vs there transportation. However a a member and staying 5 days you would that they just book your departure. Instead they such a big deal and kept sending me to different people, until they finally decided to book my way back to the airport . This was such as inconvenience. I wasted half my day trying to book my transportation...

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「This place was a MAJOR disappointment. 1) The SMELL. It just smelled BAD. I thought initially it was all the seaweed, but one day I walked out far past my bungalow, and the water became much clearer. Near the bungalow, it just looked, funky, and SMELLED. I discovered upon returning home, that the expansion of large hotels has put a strain on the sewer system. I searched DuckDuckGo for: "Playa De Carmen sewage issues", and this was the result: "Playa del Carmen faces significant sewage issues...

「Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation at the Nickelodeon Resort Cancun. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The water park, pools, and character experiences were absolutely worth it—our kids had the time of their lives, and there was always something fun to do. 「The place was amazing. The food was delicious. We had 5 girls and booked a suite for 5. But it was in fact 2 separate rooms no connecting rooms like we were told. One room the beds were not double beds they were more like twin beds.」
