We love staying at Plaza Paitilla Inn Hotel. We always book a high floor with a view of the sea. There’s nothing like seeing the high rises lit up at night on Avenida Balboa. Breakfast buffet is included and there’s a great choice of items. Centrally located in the city. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are modern.

Overall the hotel stay was very pleasant. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Although very clean, some of the facility looked a little dated and needed some updating or repair, especially the pool area. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety of food choices. For the price it was a good value. The only downside was the immediate area - lots of traffic, difficult to cross streets (you never know if the cars will stop when you are in the crosswalk) and irregular sidewalks in poor condition.

The property is in a great neighborhood, and the rooms were clean with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, though I didn’t care for the sausage. Room service was good, although the food wasn’t always warm. I didn’t like that there was no microwave available for guests. The pool was enjoyable, and overall, I would return.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff as well were very dutiful. The Hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city and is very close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend stay at this hotel.

The location is perfect and the hotel is well maintained. The breakfast is delicious and good variety of dishes. The food in the restaurant is good and prices are fair. The staff is very polite and helpful. I really recommended this hotel.

The hotel location is good and has a nice pool. The rooms have big semi-circular windows that give you a panoramic view of the area, the view is gorgeous if your room is on higher floors facing the bay. For the breakfast they have egg cooked on order, but the line and waiting were pretty long for most of the time because they had only one person serving.
