「First time in Puebla and guessed where would be convenient to our event. The hotel was as pictured. We are non-Spanish speakers with only a minimum of words. The check-in was quick and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was. Spacious and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The pool area was very nice. The room service was good and affordable and there was a fully stocked refrigerator with snacks and drinks drinks for much less than in the US. This is a sustainable hotel with LEDs,...

「I loved staying here. Vute building with couryards and even a sushi restaurant. Love the neighborhood. Great coffee shop 1min walk Native coffee. Comfortable beds. Nothing fancy but all you need. My only complaint was that the room smelled moldy. I would love to stay there again. Hopefully they fix that problem」
