The hotel and staff service was great. My only two issues were the WiFi signal in my room was almost not existent, I had to step outside by the pool area just to do basic stuff online, and the water temperature for the shower was barely warm didn't matter at what time, but overall it wad good, I always stay at this hotel when going to Loreto

The pool and hot tub were the best part of this hotel. Our studio suite was at ground level and the sliding door latch was barely holding on. The water in the shower was luke warm. We did not receive the 2 free drinks that were supposed to be included and the continental breakfast was literally 2 pieces of bread with a couple pieces of papaya in the fly restaurant. The coffee was a highlight.

this hotel has a great pool and hot tub and that’s about it we stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were noisy, the fan in the bathroom would not turn off location is ok but the food was sub par at best we were given bio tix for 2 free drinks and 2 days of continental breakfast that breakfast had a few pieces of fruit, 2 pieces of bread not a croissant as on the menu and a cup of coffee, we didn’t even go back for the 2nd day, i upgraded to the buffet breaky and it was awful, unpaid $8 is for scrambled cold eggs and cold chicken stir fry and was told that’s all we have yet i was there an hour before they closed breaky i will not return to this hotel, i was incredibly disappointed
