"I like the beach, the food, and the staff. The rooms were amazing!"

"We enjoyed our stay here, staff were amazing and the activities they had for us were fun. We had access to the Riu Party at the Caribe via free shuttles that came every 10-15 mins; pool parties were fun. We didn’t like that the pool closed at 7:00pm but understand that it was for treatment purposes. As well restaurants closed at 9:30pm so their last seating were basically 8:30pm. So if you get hungry past that you either eat at the buffet again until 10:00pm or hots/burgers/sandwiches that were from the Sports Bar made from earlier in the day or go off the resort to find a place. "

I got nice free short massage at poolside which was excellent! Great service and kindness all around, all staff is helpful and pleasant and makes you feel important and cared about. "Great value - best bang for your buck and perfect location to tourist zone and Cancun proper. Needs a remodel at some point and add more activities and really needs a major restaurant boost internally. Nonetheless, it’s a great place to be and family friendly. "

"My fiancée and I had an amazing experience, from the moment we checked in even though we were a little early they offered us a room right away and once settled the staff gave us a tour of the property. The resort had all the things we needed from beautiful views, pools, beach access, and plenty of drinks & dining options. All the staff was nice, helpful and always making sure we were well taken care of. A special thanks to Sinai and Alex, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible. Sinai was great with setting up dinner reservations and activities for my fiancée and me. The resort exceeded all of our expectations and we can't wait to return. Thank you staff!"
