「Every room has a pool on the terrace, which is a nice touch, except I was concerned that the sliding doors leading to the terrace do not lock. Guests can easily move from one pool to another. I found a cigarrete but on my side one night..... Food is so industrial, no real flavor. Very disappointed」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!」
