「Half the resort was available to us and the food was horrible.」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Nice resort. Small. Only four restaurants so if you are there for many nights you may get bored with the cuisine. Good was good except for the steak house. After a good rain the rooms smell musty and like sewer. We stayed in the closest building to the pool. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The beach was nice. We went during seaweed season so there was a lot of seaweed daily on the beach. The staff worked night and day to try to clear it. The staff was exceptional. Kind, friendly and helpful....

「Overall we had a good experience, Staff was very nice and helpful. Atmosphere was relaxing and calm. We enjoyed the amenities that were on offer. A few issues we had that will probably probably cause us to book something else in the future: * Food is extremely expensive at this hotel, just absurd prices on some pretty basic options. * We brought our tennis gear only to find out the court rental fees are $78 per hour.
