The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. The corner 3 bedroom suite was a perfect location for sunrise and sunset. We saw whales, sea turtles and manta rays right from our balcony. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider another stay in coming years. The only downfall we experienced was the spanish to english translation, as we do not speak any spanish.

The room was very clean. Overall my stay was very good. The only thing I didn’t like is when the people go to the pool and leave the towel on chairs and they never show up. That leaves us with no chairs to enjoy the pool. I think they should not let people make reservations on the pool.

Our stay in this hotel was pleasant. We got the Master suite which has 3 bedrooms and a shared living room and kitchen area. The suite was very spacious and clean. Everything looked remodeled and new. The view facing the pacific ocean was stunning! Overall, the room and amenities were great. The downside: the sales pitch. When you check in, you are assigned a greeter who gives you a “complimentary” breakfast, along with other gifts. What they don’t tell you is that in order to redeem any of those perks, you have to listen to a sales pitch to join their “Posadas” travel/hotel program. We felt obligated to listen to the pitch, and they are very aggressive about it. With that said, the hotel is great, but the deceit of the sales pitch dampens the experience. If you can look past that, then you’ll enjoy this hotel.

My stay was great, the hotel is right on the beach and in the heart of the main drag of Acapulco. I am upset that at check in, I had a car and valet asked me if I wanted to self park or valet. I chose self park. They asked me to leave a CC on file and they would charge me at check out. When I checked out, a young man named told me he would charge the parking. I then told him they had charged me an open tab and parking at check in. He told me not to worry and that he would only charge me the self parking. He ended up charging me x times. Do NOT leave your CC on file. I called a few times and they said they would look into it but nothing has been resolved. Its a shame because I had 3 rooms there and really love the property. Do NOT trust anyone at the desk, they will run your CC and not authorize the amount but actually charge it.
